Suprasorb® F film dressing is intended for supportive prophylaxis for areas of skin at risk of pressure ulcers, retention in wound treatment and first aid for minor, light exudating superficial wounds.

Indications:
• Non-infected wounds only
ulcers of various aetiologies, postoperative wounds, skin donor sites, abrasions, dermabrasions 2nd degree burns and scalds
• For protection and retention
decubitus prophylaxis, protection against maceratio, retention of wound dressings, retention of cannulas, infusion catheters, and drainage tubes, covering of ointment dressings

Application:
1. Open the peel bag and remove the product under sterile conditions.
2. Take the holding edges between thumb and forefinger and pull the cover paper completely apart.
3. Turn the product around so that the adhesive side faces the wound.
4. Place the dressing over the area to be covered and smooth down.
5. Take one of the holding edges between thumb and forefinger and pull it away from the adherent film.

FAQs
Q1. Will the dressing come off when exposed to water?
A1. No, it won't come off as it is waterproof, allowing you to wear it in the shower.
Q2. How to remove Suprasorb® F?
A2. To remove the dressing, lift an edge and then, in stages, pull it parallel to the skin in the direction of the hair growth. This stretches the dressing, releasing its hold. Gently ease off.
Warning and Precautions
- Do not use for infected wound
- Not suitable for use as a primary dressing on deep wounds, or wounds that are moderately to heavily exuding
- Suprasorb® F can be used as a secondary dressing to secure antimicrobial dressings or other primary dressings
- Suprasorb® F should not be used if there is a known sensitivity to any of the components of the product
