FAQs

Q1. What is the mode of action of Suprasorb® A + Ag Pro?
A1. The dressing absorbs wound exudate. During absorption, sodium ions are exchanged for calcium ions, forming a gel on contact with the exudate, maintaining a moist wound environment, supporting autolytic debridement. In addition, the release of silver ions contributes to the antimicrobial effect.
